Check out this slice of golf awesomeness: a six-ring golf bag. And there's only one man whom this could belong to: Michael Jordan himself.(Well, three men, actually, but we're pretty sure this doesn't belong to Scottie Pippen or Phil Jackson.)
Where do we even begin with this? You think those rings are real gold, or at least some gold knockoff? I think it's at least possible. This is one cassette player away from the Al Czervik "Caddyshack" special, and I'm not doubting the possibility that there's a Blu-Ray player and a local wi-fi network tucked in behind those rings.
The bigger issue is, why do something like this at all? I mean, it's not like people are going to forget that Michael Jordan is the guy who won six world championships with the Chicago Bulls. Will Perdue, sure, I could see him doing this. Dennis Rodman probably has images of his rings tattooed somewhere. But Jordan? Dude, you're so iconic you've got your own icon! It's right there above the rings! (Symbolism, anyone?)
Anyway, it's MJ, and he can do whatever he wants. And these days, he wants to spend a lot of time on the golf course. Whether it's hustling patrons at a celebrity pro-am or serving as a vice-captain on the United States' Presidents Cup team or advising Tiger Woods on how to get his mojo back, Jordan is all over the golf course these days.
And he's going to make damn sure you don't grab his bag by mistake.

UK based artist Banksy is one of stupidDOPE’s and Flight Of Fancy's favorite street artists. His works like Balloon Girl and Monkey Detonator that started out as street pieces, have been transferred to canvas and exhibited around the world as featured art in many galleries. Much to our joy, Banksy is now offering his work for auction.
Popular Banksy works like Monkey Detonator, HMV Dog, Precision Bombing, Watchtower Collaboration – Blu, and Balloon Girl go on auction for around $16,000 and up. The Banksy set will be sold at Bonhams as part of its Urban Art Sale on 21 September 2011. Find out about specific pieces from Banksy and other Urban Artists for auction Here

If you just can’t wait for Ronnie Fieg to drop is Salmon Toe Asics Gel Lyte III’s then look no further than eBay. This pair posted in a size 9 and still has the sample tag on the insole but the price tag may be what is a bit off-putting. What it does allow us however is a good look at the nubuck upper and its Navy against Salmon color blocking. We still don’t have official release information for this sneaker but here is your shot at getting it early. Source: Kicks On Fire
These limited edition Gel Lytes will be available September 30th at 11am EST at the KITH Grand Opening.

San Antonio-based Comic Break goes kaiju crazy with a free screening of Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla and an appearance by S.A.’s own Matt Frank, the artist behind stomping good variant covers for IDW’s Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters. The Fanboy Flix event kicks off Sunday, Sept. 18, at 6 p.m. at the Stone Oak Drafthouse.
In the 2002 monster flick, a turn-of-the-century Godzilla throws down against a giant robot version of himself made from the bones of the original Gojira who first terrorized Japan in 1954. That means plenty of cyborg-v-dinosaur action, plus a cameo by former New York Yankees great Hideki “Godzilla” Matsui. You know, just because.
The movie screens at 7 p.m. for free, but get there an hour early and bring cash anyway. That’s because Frank will meet and greet fans at 6 p.m. and sell a $20 limited edition Godzilla print he created just special for the event.
Limited to 100 copies, the Frank print features Godzilla and Mechagodzilla stomping around some very familiar local landmarks. (Oh no! There goes the Alamo!) The print measures around 11×17 inches and, as you can see in this post, looks ridiculously gorgeous. Frank will also sign copies of the new Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters trade paperback that features his covers, which sells at the event for $18.99. You can get both the trade paperback and the print for $30.
